If someone is running late will you wait for them?

If a passenger is running late we cannot wait for them as this would affect other guests and we run on a strict schedule.

How much does this cost?

All one way transfers are $25 per person and can be paid with any major debit or credit card.

Who are you?

We are a Chicagoland Limo company that has been around for 18+ years. We own one of the largest fleets in the Chicagoland area. All of our drivers and vehicles are private to us.

Can I book online?

We understand the need to schedule travel plans at any given time throughout the day. That is why M&M Limousine Services has a dispatcher on call 24 hours a day as well as advanced technology systems for customers who wish to make reservations online.

Can I move my ticket to a different day?

We require at least 12 hours notice if you will not be travelling on a specific date and wish to move your ticket to another date. After that time you will forfeit the cost for the purchased ticket.

Can I bring my pet on board?

As this is a shared shuttle service we cannot say what possible allergies other guests may have so we cannot allow animals on board.

Are the times accurate?

The pick up times are approximate for pick up. However traffic and weather can cause a delay unexpectedly. Drop off times are estimated. Factors like how long the vehicle is at each pick up, traffic, and weather can affect these. Estimates are given for scheduling however are not approximate.

When does the shuttle run?

This shuttle is active during school sessions only. Service is halted over summer break.

Are your drivers vetted?

All drivers are pre-screened and trained by our staff. Each one has at least 3 years experience on the job. We enforce a random drug test policy for all chauffeurs.

What does your fleet look like?

We offer the latest model vehicles. Our average vehicle age is 2 years. We are constantly updating our fleet for the newest vehicles on the market.

Are you insured?

We are fully insured with 5 million in liability insurance.
